Due to the time difference between the U.S. and Europe we needed a Senior Staff Officer in Europe. To be a Senior Staff Officer you have to be at least a Kapitan zur See'

LT. zur See Galakev has contributed ideas and thoughts to the Flotill and lives in Scotland. He will be able to respond faster to U-Boot Commanders faster then we can in the U.S.
