Nathen Steffel posted a heartbreaking request on Reddit over the weekend asking someone to digitally alter this picture of his daughter Sophia who lived only six weeks before passing away last week.

The results are heart wrenchingly beautiful.

Poor little angel, and poor parents!

I always think that when a person die, yes, it is sad for that person but sadder for the living ones that love her/him.

The edited photos are beautiful, some are work of arts, imo.
