trav mod hydrophone question

hey guys I don't really like it how in the s class u need to be at 75 feet or deeper for the hydrophone to work and also in the fleet boat u do need to be slightly deeper than periscope depth for the hydrophone to work I don't like that. is there a way to change the hydrophone settings in trav mod so the hydrophone will work like it does in just TMO?

Sure it could easily be done, but I haven't looked in files for over a year, so I would probably get the files needed wrong.

You may want to post this question in the mod forum. Someone would just have to get the sonar/sub/depth values from TMO and replace them back into trav with a small mod.

I've never noticed that in RFB. Don't know about stock.
