LHi toatl noob but i bought this game on steam the other day and ive been playing a bit but ive been noticing parts of the user interface seems to be missing. I sometimes load a game and the time speeder thing disappears and sometimes its there. also i can't access my crew manager even if i push "G" and fix to this issue and lastly how the heck do you charge your batteries thanks alot!:sunny:

Hi

I'm new on this forum. I'm kindda frustuated from ubisoft way of dealing on their customers. I had an old ubisoft account but unfortunately they updated and changed their site to a new one and my old account was erased or not changed , so I opened a new one, unfortunately the old one has my activation key and guess it was already programmed on my old account that ubisoft took.

Now I can't play my silent hunter 5 already because everytime I logged in it ask my product key and when I give it it says it is used in another account already.

I tried asking ubisoft thru emails their not responding, Please help Subsim, I hope my game that I bought wouldn't be just left in a shelf in my room simply because I can't play it because of ubisofts inadequacies of customer care.

I feel your pain .. Same thing happend to me . So I just bought a copy from amazon and started all over .. You cant and you wont get a response from UBI soft .. Way to bad :((((!!

Sadly I think you may well be one of many...I can only agree with the suggestion made by kimuraijn.
