Can't Dive!

i'm playing SH5 v1.2.0
with:
magnum opus v0.0.1
open horizons II light v3

i want to go to periscope depth or dive, but can't.
i get a message that i cant dive with crew on deck.
what do i need to do?

If you are standing on deck you will not dive, you must go down into the control room or just down in the sub and you can dive
