No.6 squadron started their departure the other day as they mark the start of the end of R.A.F. Leuchars.

They marked the occasion with a flypast in the formation of a Number 6.

A formation they've got used to, Colt closing, move to Coningsby, reform, move to Leuchars...

Then Scotland will have to make do with a handful of Hawks for air defence :smug:
