Morning Chaps,

I'm running SH4 v1.5 with the following mods / order...

TMO 2.5
RSRDC_TMO_V502
1.5_Optical T argeting Correction 031312 for RSRDCv502
1.5OTC for 8 to 5 Aspect Ration RSRDCv502
Easier AI for TMO 2.5 by Orpheus

So my problem is that when i "Lock" a target using the L key... it constantly comes undone before I can even try to use the stadimeter. This makes inputting data extremely frustrating because it wont stick on the target long enough and I have to keep re-aiming and re-locking over and over.

Is there any way to solve this?

Oh yeah, I'm also using all realism options turned on with the exception of "no map contact updates" since I figure my plot officer should be doing that.

What is the range and weather conditions?

At long range, the scope will lock on, but it will shortly unlock. If there are high waves and you lose sight of the target, the scope will also unlock. Sometimes you just have to be quick.


Also, if you lock on the target, hit the stadimeter and then pause the game, you can still operate the meter and input the range. It's a bit of a cheat, but think of everything that could be done in a real sub that you can't do in game.

Just get within 500 yards and fire when they are ten degrees off your bow.

If it's a real pain you can increase the visual values for the scopes..
