Complete contrast to a school near me (not the wife's) where the local rag's top story is about a student produced yearbook being recalled due to naked selfies and other eyebrow raising pics.

Like any teen is going to hand that back! :D

A great gesture...the schools near me have bars on the windows and I'm not sure if it's to keep the kids in or the burglars out

I remember our school janitor, Juan Carlos. Everybody at my school loved him, and at our senior goodbye assembly, we gave juan carlo like $300 and a standing ovation.

I must be missing something here. 1200 kids in the school and all they could raise was $1900? That's less than $1.59 per kid. And they started collecting 'earlier in the school year'? Sounds to me like they didn't think all that much of him. Is there something I missed?:hmm2:

Yeah...it was $1900 more than they raised for anyone else :)
