I'm so new It's pitiful. I'm trying to determine where the first waypoint is, as per the mission. I'm trying to figure out: Is the located provided in latitude/longitude? How do I find out where I'm supposed to drive this boat to where I'm supposed to go? Thank you!!

Welcome aboard.

Look at the Navigation map (PF4 in the stock game, I believe). Destinations are marked with a star. You may need to zoom the map out to see them.
