I have two monitors, and a 1920 x 1080 monitor is one of them. I find that alot of old either minimize out immediately, or wont fit to resolution. there is a simple fix to this, but it wont be the proper resolution, but it will fit to your screen, and wont minimize immediately, it will still look good, just follow these directions.
go to where your game is located, in the program files/x86 file
right click on sh4.exe
click on properties
Go to compatibility
and check the box that says run in 640 x 480 screen resolution
enjoy!
It will fit to your screen, and wont minimize immediately, so you can run and full screen and will still look good. It runs great, and wont minimize. this also works for a ton of other games, and is a simple trick for two monitors or old games!
