Meaning this part did not always belong to Italy. There was no "Italy" or "France" when it was built anyway.

In 2002 the poor Colonel suffered another outrage when Tunisia lost to Japan in the World Cup ( Soccer/Football ). Tunisian fans were sure they were robbed of a victory, so in accordance with Sharia law to punish a theft, they cut off the hands of another KFC statue of Col. Sanders.
The Ghost of Colonel Sanders must have been fuming.

During the Second World War (https://www.iwm.org.uk/history/second-world-war) Britain's Home Guard (https://www.iwm.org.uk/history/the-real-dads-army) was famous for making do with outdated weapons as industry concentrated on supplying the regular army with modern equipment. In particular there were very few anti-tank guns, a shortage which retired British Army Major William H Smith intended to put right. His unusual design for a 3-inch smooth-bore gun was put into production in 1941, but only after many safety improvements had been imposed. The Smith Gun had to be tipped onto its side to fire ***8211; one of its wheels acting as a baseplate. It had a low muzzle velocity and was only accurate to about 200 yards, assuming ammunition was available to fire which was rarely. 4,000 guns were made, but they only really had value as propaganda.
Ahh, haha! Well done! I did see this one, but apperently missed the photo...

A Citroen SM?
Bingo
Eichhörnchen was on the right path - the six headlamps (lights?) all move up and down to remain level when the car moves in its suspension, the inner full/high(?) beam lamps also move sideways in curves to illuminate the car's path.
The car also sports a hydraulic suspension, so no steel springs or shock absorbers.
It drives very soft and effortless, the 'Diravi' steering is one turn in either direction for full turn and self-centering, and the brakes have to be touched very lightly.
The built-in engine somehow does not suit this layout - a six cylinder V engine arranged at 90 degrees by Maserati that rumbles and is thoroughly uncomfortable. Citroen had just bought Maserati and installed the Merak engine for the lack of an own six cylinder unit.
We won a vintage rallye in 2017 with it, against cars like Porsche and Ferrari, i guess they did not have the nerve to cruise at a hundred+ miles along bad rural roads..
It all is a catastrophe to repair, maintain and find parts :haha:
The front "cheese counter" is especially hard to come by and expensive. It was forbidden in the US so the front of US SMs looks different.

May it take you atleast two days. http://www.deutsches-museum.de/typo3temp/pics/90a721626f.jpg U1 is one of the largest exhibits of the Deutsches Museum. Its history is somewhat complicated, because the first submarine, U-1, of the German Imperial Navy put into service on Dec. 14th, 1906 was ultimately based on French concepts. https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/a/a5/U1-Gesamtansicht_vom_Heck_her.JPG/1024px-U1-Gesamtansicht_vom_Heck_her.JPG:Kaleun_Thumbs_Up:
That's the one Aktungbby! Well done!
The museum is in München and is well worth the visit. There is various airplanes from wwi, amongst them the Fokker Dr.I.
There is also plenty of big ship models of both German wwi and wwii warships.
The U-1 was considered obsolete by the time wwi started, so it only served as a training boat until it collided with another ship in 1919.
