The aircraft is a Morane-Saulnier L, it looks like it just shot down a German Zeppelin. I'll have to crack open my copy of "Zeppelins of World War 1" to get the rest of the info.

Got it, it's Flight Sublieutenant Reginald Warneford's shoot down of LZ 37 on 7 June, 1915 over Ghent, Belgium. How? He used his bombs to bring it down.

Damn, that was too easy.

The vine plant is in Maribor, our second largest town. About the size of a New York street.
The plant itself is roughly 440 years old, planted some time after the Turks besiged Maribor and survived even an allied bombing in WWII. It still bears fruit.

We have a winner.

It is indeed a (15 amp) fuse the type normally used in older homes. This one however is from a 30 amp subpanel I just installed in my garage. Back too you shipmate.

Time delay fuses like the one pictured above will do that. They're good with electric motors but probably not so good at protecting computers. Might need something that burns faster.
