How it works:
Pretty simple. When you want to hide some text, like the ending of Lost or your granny's secret enchilada recipe, simple click the spoiler icon
http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/images/editor/spolier1.gif
A popup will appear asking you to write a short, simple subject for your spoiler; you can say "ending" or "spoiler" or something like that.
When you click OK, your spoiler tags will appear and your cursor will be placed in between them, simply type your text and then post.

Aha! TY Jimbuna, now I see why I don't see.
i had the 'basic editor' option selected in the subsim user control panel, so I couldn't see anything like what's in your screenshot.
And I figured it out.
