Replay Troubles

I've recently tried the save replay function - worked great, very useful for film making, however I can't delete nor load the file.

I only managed to watch my saved replay once and tried to deleted it but says deletion has failed and now I can't open it again plus I can no longer load the actual save.

Any ideas on how to remove it?
