Since the schedule is out and the draft is coming up, I though I'd start a thread for it or any news.
I looked up ticket prices for the Seahawks!:o:o:o:o Depending on the game, the cheapest I saw was ~$150.:dead::shifty::/\\!! For the Denver game, the cheapest was ~$250-300:dead:
...So for some of the Viking games....~$65:har:
Any thoughts on the upcoming draft?
Who's getting Johnny Football?
My money is on the Raiders to fail again this year regardless of who they pick in the draft

My only thoughts are my Panthers have really shot themselves in the foot.
Well that and week 4 is going to be a loss I can live with. Go Smitty!

I wouldn't be so sure of that ... they are in a tough league with Denver, KC and San Diego, but the coach was new the last two years. They will be better this year.
Just you wait and see ... now if they could some how waggle that Texas A&M QB Johnny what's his name. That would be worth watching him run all over the field.

Like that the Pack signed Julius Peppers :yep:
In the short-term it certainly addresses their pass rush issue. He still has some gas left in the tank.

He won't be chasing this guy anymore either, which is a
good thing :)

The Ravens do not play New England or Denver this season. :hmmm: I always like playing against NE. Shame....

Whoever gets Manziel is my new favorite team
Better be the Texans :shifty:
or the Cowboys!

Maybe with two first round picks the Rams will finally be able to fill the holes and support the young talent it has. Especially if they pick up greg robinson and finally have an offensive line strong enough to give Zac Stacy the kind of opportunities he needs to grow into a serious threat on the ground.

The Buffalo Jills cheerleaders won't be making an appearance.

The Bills fans won't have any reason to attend their games.:O:

Good luck getting him to use it. The guy had the makings of a HOF player. He lacked the work ethic. Way too many plays that he "took off" to ever reach that level. Sad.

I still think his upside was worth the risk. And the Bears did not use him properly, I think he will be better utilized in Green Bay. Matthews needs some help, so far Perry has not been it.
He doesn't work out they cut him....

Then I have lost all respect for the NFL.
It's bad enough that they've gone all sissified in regard to tackling.:-?
With today's protective gear, injuries resulting from hitting shouldn't be a problem. Imagine if they were still wearing the leather helmets.
I might just turn my attention to Rugby. That's a man's sport with no protective gear other than socks.
Football seems to be filled with nothing but overpaid prima donnas anymore.:stare:

NFL football draft starts tomorrow:
The 2014 NFL Draft will be the 79th annual meeting of National Football League franchises to select newly eligible football players."…
http://bleacherreport.com/articles/2051204-nfl-draft-2014-tv-and-live-stream-coverage-guide-for-each-round
Only the first round of the draft occurs on Thursday.
Traditionally, Day 1 picks are the players most would expect to make an immediate impact. From the moment the Houston Texans select—or trade—the top pick, the majority of the NFL universe will have their eyes glued to the television or social media.
Teams have 10 minutes to make their selections.
So if you're a New England Patriots fan, you may be waiting until around 11 p.m. ET—or later—for the Pats' 29th overall pick.

The 6'1", 208-pound safety, according to Alabama's official website (http://www.rolltide.com/sports/m-footbl/mtt/ha_ha_clinton_dix_797985.html), will eventually make NFL headlines for far more than his unusual first name, which is actually Ha'Sean (pronounced Ha-Seen). He merely goes by the nickname his grandmother started calling him at the age of three, Ha Ha, according to Andrew Gribble (http://www.al.com/alabamafootball/index.ssf/2014/02/worst_part_about_being_named_h.html) of The Birmingham News.
Still....

Niners sealed up our qb, picked up Carlos Hyde. Great offseason.
I cannot wait to exact revenge.
And we will.:nope:
WE WILL!:nope::nope::nope:
I remember when I was new here, the niners stunk. People mocked them, easy win, etc.
Now there is a respect for them, a fear of them...Rightfully so. A proven coach who took a 5 win team to the NFC champs and the superbowl, a young qb whos skills cannot be denied, he has proven he can be a leader.
An ownership (finally) willing to spend money.
Respect, I always wanted them to be respected, check that off the list, now I want them to be feared!
WE ARE COMIN FOR YOU SEACHICKENS!!!!
