I found this amazing :sunny:
Most children, Asher Svidensky says, are a little intimidated by golden eagles. Kazakh boys in western Mongolia start learning how to use the huge birds to hunt for foxes and hares at the age of 13, when the eagles sit heavily on their undeveloped arms. Svidensky, a photographer and travel writer, shot five boys learning the skill - and he also photographed Ashol-Pan.

I'd like an Owl. Or maybe an Eagle Owl. No wait, I want a Falcon. Falcons are badass. They're better than sex.

I'm not going to ask how you know that.:hmmm:

Used to feed the cripples: red tailed hawks, one golden eagle, some owls and even one Peregrine fresh Minnesota road kill (there was no commercial hawk food): chipmunks, mice and squirrel road kill in the science department at college. Tis' an awesome thing to have one look at you, decide it's hungry, and glide over on the wing from his roost to your hockey gloved hand. Cybermate is absolutely right! ...but then...I kept forgetting to take off the gauntlet!:D:woot::timeout: :rotfl2:
Interesting to read, and nice pic's....Thx for sharing

That's another thing falcons and sex have in common, if you don't protect yourself....

I was satisfied with a parrot at the age of 13. He did chase the cat around. Does that count?
