If you are interested please contact me.

Over the past several months my friends and I have been playing a vast amount of simulation games from Silent Hunter, Cliffs of Dover, DCS, Mechwarrior, Space Engineers, Kerbal Space Program... so on and so forth. One thing that we all agree on are damage modeling and interaction. For example, the cockpits in DCS are beautiful, the A10 cock pit with its full functional and clickable dashboard. We really enjoy it. We want to see two games come about.

A World War 2 BOMBER SIMULATOR... You and your friends enlist into a B17 and take to the skies to fight the Axis. Except you can move around! For example, during a bombing run, your rear gunner might get killed by flak, a free crew member might have to crawl or run to the back of the aircraft to start first aid or take over the gun. We'd like to see people running around in the fuselage putting out fires and pumping fuel from the wing to the interior or even manually putting down landing gears while bullet holes litter the aircraft... IMAGE in the intensity.

Secondly,

A battleship simulator. With the interaction like Silent Hunter.. allowing you to walk from the bridge to the berthing to the engine room if you so choose. Also to allow you to interact with systems aboard the ship.. deck guns, flak guns, radios, sonar, lighting, drills, depth charges... or even take up a fire hose and join the fire containment team. Or Run from deck to deck trying to close off a hull breach from a torpedo! I want more interaction with simulation games.. more first person mobile operations... I just see the future of sim gaming heading that way. Have any ideas or leads or friends email me @ Andrew@humani.tv

Welcome....at what stage are you at in the development of the above?

You want ideas? The most important idea, for starters, would be that you focus on just one of your two wanted projects. And already that single one will prove to be difficult enough to realise. :03:

I've always thought something like this would be incredibly awesome. I also imagine the work involved would be quite a lot because you're basically combining an FPS with a sim. It would be sooo awesome, though haha.

Gents, this is 2014. I think gamers need to start looking into the future. I'm tired of seeing Steam Games for sale that are 2D and side scroll... That was invented in the 90s. I've played no bomber sims. BUT, I think the technology is there. For example you are able to move around in a submarine in Silent Hunter 5. Silly you cant replicate that for the sky (or at least try to). The dreams are big, but I think they can be achievable. Any advice or feedback is much appreciated. I will be looking for a team very soon. I will have Artwork soon.

Lol what?
Did you just take a huge steaming dump on a lot of fantastic, addicting and satisfying games just because they, intentionally, use old school graphic designs?
To put it frankly, I was extremely skeptical after your original post already.
After this post though, you distinguished the last spark of my confidence that you and your friends can pull off the above, especially since you didn't introduce yourself, your team and the skills available.
You basically present a huge project idea, you have nothing else but a very idealistic idea... and then ask for advice?

Mind. Blown.
