I have found the SUBSIM site and thought ok we try the SH5 again afther many year not playing.
So i make an new Uplay account and installed SH5 then i like to play and i see an message on Uplay thet SH5 already is activated on an other Uplay account pffff am thinking and thinkg and no I don't no witch account that would be.

So now i cannot activate and play SH5
What can i do so i can play SH5 ???

You could try contacting Ubisoft and asking for a new serial.

thanks peeps , i have send them an email but i have now also the new Phone nr from ubisoft so i will call then also. when i have an answer i will let it know

Ok i have called ubisoft and they have ask me some questions and after 10 min I played SH5 trough Uplay.
So when they have your name and birthday then they can find all your info and email adress wath your using.

So thanks ubisoft i can play now sh5 again

Ok i have called ubisoft and they have ask me some questions and after 10 min I played SH5 trough Uplay.
So when they have your name and birthday then they can find all your info and email adress wath your using.

So thanks ubisoft i can play now sh5 again
