View Full Version : Balao 1944 Refit Radar Antena Misplace

Hello, does anybody know if there is a fix to solve the SJ radar antenna misplace? After the new refit in which now I can carry two 40mm AA guns, the SJ radar has nearly the same height of the turret watchman, and this is annoying.

Would appreciate if somebody knows a solution for this.

yeah - that has happened to my balao as well. Did you mess with the upc files at all ? I did and was wondering if that had caused it. I changed the files back but haven't been aboard since to check...

I never drive Balaos myself, but I hacked a sugar boat to allow SJ at the beginning of the war, and it's about that height. My guess is you got a S-18 radar in the Balao files somehow.

uhm, not really. I've just added some common mods, nothing strange or something like that.

you can NOT run RFB mod's with TMO

that would be the problem

I have the same thing. I'm running TMO and no RFB mods.

It looks that I won't be able to get in radar depth afterall until I get a tench... :down: :shifty:

Same happens to me, I have asked before in several forums....Still no answers or fixes.

The same idiotic thing happened to me last night... I almost started a new topic... after the return to base they said "your sub is getting new camouflage paint refit"... not to mention I had to buy everything of the equipment again... now I can't dive to radar depth...

Bump... bump... no one? Nothing? C'mon people this is really frustrating... as there is no sub upgrade after the Balao class (as far as I know) I will had to drive this bugged sub until the end of the war... and sometimes you really need that radar depth...
