Mods to run with TMO 2.5 and RSRDC

Hi All,

Been away a long time and I see TMO is now at 2.5 and there's quite a few other mods out there.

Wondering if anyone has a current mods list (and load order) that's working well that I can copy from?

So far I'm thinking:

TMO2.5
RSRDC
RSRDC patch
Travellers Mod
OTC

Anything else I should add?
I can't remember does TMO cover graphics, sound, and environment already or is there something else I should get to make things pretty on my new computer?

I think you just have to play your game, then cruise the download section to see if anything there would improve your game play experience or personal taste. Almost everyone has their own mod preferences to suite themselves. It's up to you to find your own cliche. :)

Iv'e downloaded TMO 2.5, since I had 2.0 last time I played. I imagine it is mostly just tweaked for better game-play and bug-fixes?

For RSRDC? I think I had that before (maybe an earlier version). I can't find the latest one for TMO 2.5 in the "Downloads". This does something to the aircraft I think, if I remember correctly. A quick brush-up on this would be helpful.

JSGME thread for SH4 (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=204594)

The root directory for your SH4 game is wherever you installed JSGME to. Search for the Steam folder perhaps, and there may be subfolder for SH4.

Thanks for the help. It took me awhile, but for steam I found the route directory at: C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Silent Hunters Wolves of the Pacific

I'll see if JSGME works now. :hmmm:

I got the radio/gramophone mods

I noticed that TMO 2.5 has the routes already on it's map so I didn't install convoy routes over it this time.

Regarding Traveller's mod, I couldn't use it because the documentation says it may not work with OTC (I use 16:9).

I was going to use Pacific sound mod, but I saw TMO already modified alot of the sounds, so not sure which one has best although I might try it.

I will look into finding the other mods.

I DLed pacific sound mod and ran a bunch of the wav files in media player and it seems it's the same sounds TMO uses.

Hmm, not unzipping files anymore. I try 7-zip, it's not working. :/\\!!

I have been having problems myself with getting folder's to unzip, one thing that I have tried is moving the unzipped file into my Mod's folder and unziping it there, seems to have worked for some Mod's and skin's
