help with RFB

I only have the stock silent hunter 4 1.3 will RFB still work and if not can you help

RFB 2.0 requires v1.5 of the game, I'm not sure about the earlier versions.

I would really try to get v1.5, the U-boat missions ('Gold Edition'); the best mods are made for it, and it is the most stable.
