Free camera compass mod?

Hi all.

I like to use the free cam to watch my victims sink while I'm slinking away in the depths.

However, sometimes when the weather is bad or it's dark, it's difficult to figure out which way I should move the camera to find what I'm looking for.

Has anyone made a mod that will display a compass bearing when one jumps to the free cam so one can more easily figure out which way one should be moving?

Or, perhaps there's some trick that I'm unaware of that allows one to figure out which way they're looking?

I searched the forums and didn't find anything, but there's a lot of stuff here, so I thought I'd ask to be sure.

The u mark has an arrow pointing the direction you are moving and shows you what way the sub is facing so you could use that to judge where you should be viewing

Just use the u mark mod in GWX if you need it

I can usually figure out which way my target lies by guessing the bearing from my u-boat, but when the weather is bad if one misjudges by a few degrees and the target is some distance away, it becomes more difficult.

That's why I was wondering if there's a mod.

From your response, I can infer that's a "no"?

Handy one, but OP is looking for freecamera one.....could this be modded to use in that do you think

This is the sort of thing I'm looking for, but it would have to be for the free view cam.

I'm looking for something that will allow me to figure out which way the free view is looking with more precision than I can determine by inferring based on which way my u-boat is facing.
