Hi.
I don't know if this was being discussed already.
I was chased by polish destroyer for about 2-3 hours...eventualy she depleted all DC and i was out of decoys. I have saved the game and next time when i loaded the game i was resupplied with decoys and destroyer was full of DC again. Anyone else got this problem?

I can save a game in TWoS 1.06/UP4 submerged and with near contacts and reloads fine.
Only I can obtain a different weather (saved with calm winds and reloads with 12 m waves!). Or lost some contact, but the game loads.

Yes, this can happen sometimes due to some techical aspects of the game. Just shoot the damn thing...:D
I coul think an sleeping polish master is remaining in Kiel when starts the war, he donīt know what to do (depart or surrender?), while the germans attack it. Not a great problem and rare but possible.

I can save a game in TWoS 1.06/UP4 submerged and with near contacts and reloads fine.
Only I can obtain a different weather (saved with calm winds and reloads with 12 m waves!). Or lost some contact, but the game loads.

The point is, 99% of gamesaves with units around will work just fine. That 1 % still remains though, but it shouldn't pose a big problem if you keep your few recent gamesaves...:yep:

Usually, short time games works better than long time games. I save a game after an hour of playing, exit the game, rerun it, load the game and continue. Not more than one hour of continued playing without exit and rerun SH5.
It seems the game engine oversaturates the memory with long time games and the game tends to CTD more frequently. Exiting and running a new session cleans the saturated memory.

Two times it happens, that i talked with someone without effect, then with another who increased his moral, and when i talked again with the first one appeared a diferent option that increased his moral

Those conversations are silly. It's not sims guys, it should be sub sim :)
Can't imagine elite sailor crying because that evil captain don't care about his problems with cook or something like this.
Those guys have to perform at 150% every second of their service. They could blame, but still had to perform.

Which is funny, Since I have already moved beyond the tutorial mission and into the campaign.
After returning to port the WoS campaign started as per normal.
So, what can happen if you do not skip the tutorial?

When I took SH5 up again just a couple of weeks ago with WoS, I did not understand it was needed to start a new campaign again after the install, instead of using the one you start during install. That was causing the tool bars to not generate.
There is a lot to take into account if you are not already familiar with SH5, and my familiarity was long gone.

Grab latest Update 04c and forget about freaking useless tutorial mission and CareerHistory.cfg editing (ex Step 2).
Install Instructions are also edited/shortened...

Hohooo I have my first convoy in new campaign and its clear night!
17kt sunk already, with 4/5 hits, just 2 exploded. 1 cargo sunk by deckgun. :up:
I like how more difficult is now to sink a ship, at 1.05 it was just about to hit em anywhere anyhow. Now you have to aim for a good hit, or just be lucky. Or to hit twice or more - thats more realistic i think. :up:

Hi guys! I'm playing first campain coastal waters, and now i just sunk norwegian frighter...after that when i click capitain log to see tonnage my game froze. Restarted game, same thing, game is frozen. Than i tried to save game after sinking and not to go on capitain's log, and after that i couldn't load game that i saved. It is april 16 and i saw on "Flags" that after the 9 April Norway is enemy, so their ships are not neutral anymore...Is this normal issue, i have not problem to play withaout clicking on capitain's log, but just asking? Can somebody tell me that? Sorry for my english. Thanks!

Unfortunately this is common issue, please dont believe to flags chart, but check country ports at map.
I would bet all i have You'll see still black port icons in Norway on that date, which means the game still recognize Norway as neutral country.

I would bet all i have You'll see still black port icons in Norway on that date, which means the game still recognize Norway as neutral country.
I had the same issue.
No issue there...The game only freezes when you sink friendly unit...After invasion of Norway, Norwegian ships are FRIENDLY...(duh)...:)
Hey Vecko, is it possible to somehow fix that if you're moving emerged, escorts will not be alarmed by their hydrophones?
I could swear they hear me if there are waves 15m/s and a sub sometimes switch to electric engine.
In that time game toggles to submerge mode and escorts nearby hear your engine the same like if you would be in periscope depth at the same pull. (If you are trying to overtake convoy and you're at full force, they hear you kilometers away).
This is relevant just if there are high waves, because until you're at diesel, game ignores every noises you generates.

Yeah it would be nice if it was possible to define the audibility of a sub by depth, that way you could also simulate thermoclines, although I am not sure if thermoclines are even relevant at the depths we reach. I would appreciate some feedback on this :)

Destroyers can hear you on surface pretty much the same as when you are submerged, maybe even better. I wish I could tweak and separate these detection distances but I don't know how or is it even possible.
On the other hand, AI visual sensors is pretty much dumbed down by night so increased hydro capabilities can compensate a bit in certain situations.
Except changing few values in Sim.cfg file, I really don't know much about AI and it's detection abilities...

On the other hand, i just made a second ambush on my convoy (2/3 hits) in nightly fog now, all dud.. And i think it's much better in 1.06 about sub visibility on close range.
Or is it maybe because Of early campaign and unsecured inexperienced convoys, i don't really know, but i was about 4km away moving just besides if them, and they haven't seen me :)
I could say i was thinking about to penetrate it, but there was not good conditions for it. Small prays and last torpedoes, so i just made sure hits from 90.
I'm in again :salute:

There is totally wrong implementation of relevance of deep and noises from sub in sh5 :)
At ww2 aces as Otto Kretchmer used shallow depths like their cover in convoy (which was really heroic act, none from us could imagine the stress they were in when they did their attacks), just because escorts hydrophones was designate to catch noises mostly in deeper levels. At periscope depth, sub was like stealth in comparison of depth.
This is very opposite to how it works in SH5, here you are much more heard at periscope depth, then in depth, i sometimes even shutdown engines from -30m to emerging.
At the moment when your sub switched to diesel, you are clear to pull forward as sub is totally invisible for enemy hydrophones if its toggled to diesel.
Its nothing very wrong, you can live with it and still to have best sub sim experience ever with this, but its very frustrating if you are traveling in max time compression and some escort 5+ km away is just approaching your course and you know its because it heard something at your position jsut because its high wind a waves.
Its the same like if you are recharging and the game just switch you to normal propulsion because you just penetrate some wave or something.
This is moment, when the game switches you to "submerge mode" and in that moment you are audible like if you would run electric engines.
The range which escorts hear you is dependent on you current tempo, if you use forward-4, you are to be heard for literally kilometers away, so you are very attracting to any escorts around even if you are emerged and quick in high waves..

aha, ok, but its still the same - if you run through wave, you are audible, if its clear sea with no wind you are totally silent.

Wow! what a great thread! Sorry for the "off topic" post in the TWoS thread but I have loved all things nautical since early childhood and when the Captain and I get together, I sometimes post things that next day I wonder what the hell I was doing! But seriously,because it's impossible to get hold of a genuine U-boat to sail, then I will have to settle for a sail boat and become a citizen of the seven seas.:D

Harbour raids has been relegated to the realm of new SH5 players because the game engine is not set up for it and also it affects the spawning of convoys that you could otherwise use your skill and daring to destroy. In general, competent players don't indulge in harbour raids because of the ease in racking up tonnage without having to use your skill and imagination to do so. :D

I agree with Kevin...Harbor raids generally suck because AI can not operate so close to the ground.

i would say having done Scapa the coastal batteries do quite an efficient job weather permittting.
Anything less than a medium fog and they will take you out.
Try adding mines to your game and then try harbor raiding.

The UI is very different to SH3 and I am struggling a bit. I did go through the procedure to set the UI to SH3 style but unless I didn't do it right it made no difference.
I cannot even get the sub to submerge, I have looked at the keyboard shortcuts and checked in the patcher thingy but I cannot even get the depth gauge up or get it to crash dive.
Any help very gratefully received.
BTW does anyone still play multiplayer? If so what's the best way, tunngle?

Hmm, E worked but I couldn't tell the depth of ships' keel to set magnetic torpedo's depth.
Reloading doesn't fix the watchmen issue not being present even when ordered.

Are not the elevation/bearing detection parameters of the obj_Sensor controller correctly applied in game?
After looking at stock settings, it is my understanding that bearing settings are relative to units' heading (0 deg = afore, 90 = abeam, 180 = aft of the vessel/aircraft) and the elevation settings are relative to her zenith (0 deg = up to her zenith, 90 = parrallel to the horizontal plane, 180 = down to her nadir). Unlike player's sensor settings, AI settings are symmetrical, so a bearing of 90 deg means at a right angle relative to vessel's heading on both sides, and aan elevatio of 90 deg means parallel to the horizon both in front and on the back of the vessel.
That said, most hydrophones in game have a MinElevation setting of 80 deg, i.e. their vertical detection arc is not parallel to the water surface but it points upwards, with just a small area left uncovered on the surface, very close to the AI unit. Increasing that angle to 90 deg, or slightly more, should make any enemy sailing ad a shallower depth than AI ship's draft undetectable to her hydrophones (save on high waves, when ships' pitch might bring the detection arc of their hydrophones closer to enemy surfaced vessels during some fractions of second). Small, shallow ASW vessels might still be able detecting a surfaced submarine, but to obviate that problem the attaching bone of their hydrophones might be moved to a position deeper than their keel. I know that this is not an orthodox solution, but if nothing else works... :hmmm:

IIRC, escorts ability to hear surfaced submarines on short to medium range was introduced by TDW in his IRAI mod and with a good reason, but I can't remember which one.
I also think that this is not done trough sim or Sim.cfg files changes.

- changed ship tactics for subs. The ship AI used to differentiate between a sub contact as surfaced (investigate) or submerged (plaster aka DC). They now just treat a sub contact as a sub contact (plaster aka DC)

I need help. Every time I start the campaign with this 1.06 mod, the watch crew always goes down into the hatch at the start and afterward they never reappear on the bridge to stand watch no matter what I do.
I didn't alt-tab either if that made a difference...

Just installed the Wolves of Steel and mod and very, very happy with. Great work. I am slowly working my through the tutorials and have just completed the basic navigation one. I need to now do the map tutorial so I can navigate using the map screen but can't seem to see where the tutorial for this is. The tutorial I've just completed just says use the map tutorial. Sorry if this is a dumb question but where is it? I've look for a tutorial call map tutorial but there doesn't seem to be one. Is it called something different?

It is actually really simple.
1. You need to know where your sub is. Use the Navigator and the real navigation scripts (choose the correct script).
2. Draw a line from your position to where you want to go.
3. While drawing the line you can already read the course from the map tool.
4. Set the course for the sub and there you go.
5. You can either watch your progress on the map for long journeys since the real nav script will plat your position every two hours, or you can look at the speed conversion tables to calculate how long it will take you at a specific speed.

But how do you set a new campaign with custom difficulty setting?
Everytime I start a new campaign the custom difficulty is reset to another preset difficulty setting.
Edit:
Ah, never mind found it. You can change difficulty at port. What a dumb design decision from the developers then instead of giving players custom difficulty option right away.

Any version other than Steam should work ok. The Steam version is more difficult to patch with the Generic Patcher which fixes a lot of the issues with the vanilla version of SH5. Just make sure your version it patched to UBI's last update v1.2 before you attempt to install the TWoS mod.

I'm not sure but it would be no problem to upload the German voices to Mediafire if they are needed. I thought I already had them there but they are the English voices.

I have the DVD version with the german option. I think the download version, but NOT THE STEAM, has the german option voices.

Then manually copy the German Movie and Sound folders from \Silent Hunter 5\data\LngGameData\Voices\German\Data to \Silent Hunter 5\data
Also, back up the English voice files if you like. I made an English folder in \Silent Hunter 5\data\LngGameData\Voices\
Another option is the select German Voices and deselect English during the costume install. It will install the German voices for you, but the whole install process will be in German. (Not an issue if you can read/understand German.)

I mostly downloaded these tracks from vintage german music lists on the internet.
Tried to filter out music which seems to be not from 30's, iam very pedant for this :)
You can check the mp3's inside the package by your favorite music player.

Compatible, of course...We are talking about simple "variation on a theme" optional mods which can be enabled/disabled anytime. I would say that the most realistic behavior of "wounded" or destroyed unit is somewhere in between but since we can not use all the settings at the same time, optional Zones.cfg tweaks will give you the possibility to chose between available options or to select them per your mood...:yep:

BTW. its not the problem of TWOS as vanilla SH5 is less than playable and this is really VERY close to maximum what SH5 could ever be....

ok first visit to danzig is over. i bought a deckgun for the VIIA but when starting a new patrol there is still no gun installed. bug?
even with TDC on i cant hit anything. there was a freighter at danzig running away at full speed, around 8 knots. the auto function always reported 0 knots! same with distance, 3000 meters didnt change. it seems broken?!?

During installation of TWOS you have to enable some of these MODS by JSGME application (that with Yellow "G" icon):

I keep having TWoS crash to (Windows 10) desktop when playing MP, not sure about SPlayer.
I have followed the instructions on installation (and the video) very carefully and I am pretty damn sure I have the installation correct.
Just before I reinstalled using the video very carefully and just enabled 1 and 2 (as it had previously crashed with 3, 5 & 6 enabled.) started it running a MP game on my own and went to the shops, it was still running fine when I came back. Yet when I fired a torpedo and it neared its target it CTD. Thinking about when it crashed before there seems to be a correlation between torpedo firing (or more to the point getting to the point of hittin a target) and CTD.
Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Disable the mods with JSGME, and run TDW patcher another time, repeating the steps of installation.
Check in the patcher config file if all the folders are correct.

Observe the folder and unit of your SH5 installation. By default is "C:", but you could install the game in another unit or folder ("E:", as example), and you need to change these names in the cfg file.
When you restore the snapshot, it appears in a window, it is the only file present.

I can use manual TDC with TWoS and no problem. Hard, but possible and very playable.
And, if you have problems with it, will be the TDW GUI and not TWoS. TDW GUI (TDC, the vorthaltrechner in Uboats), is the best available. And works.
Did you try the New Ships mission? You can train with manual TDC in it.

Yeah its hard to manually set torpedoes, it is supposed to be as hard as in reality..
I had teaching myself many weeks to create enough of experience to know how to always know what am i doing at torpedo station..

I keep having TWoS crash to (Windows 10) desktop when playing MP, not sure about SPlayer.
I have followed the instructions on installation (and the video) very carefully and I am pretty damn sure I have the installation correct.
Just before I reinstalled using the video very carefully and just enabled 1 and 2 (as it had previously crashed with 3, 5 & 6 enabled.) started it running a MP game on my own and went to the shops, it was still running fine when I came back. Yet when I fired a torpedo and it neared its target it CTD. Thinking about when it crashed before there seems to be a correlation between torpedo firing (or more to the point getting to the point of hittin a target) and CTD.
Any ideas what I am doing wrong?
I can confirm CTD in multiplayer session...
However, since I'm not concerned much about multiplayer in SH5 and never really tested it until now, there is a good possibility that it will not work with such complex megamod as TWoS is...
Try to disable all patches with "Generic Patcher" application and if all goes well this time, try to isolate which patch is responsible for game crash in multiplayer sessions...:yep:
It could also be that we would need a new set of multiplayer missions compatible with TWoS...

Great to hear that...We could always use skills of an experienced mission maker.
I'm not completely sure what is going on but it seems that it;s something related to missing ships classes or something. In case of MP1 , I had to disable the magamod in order to be able to open the mission with ME and to remove "old" units, then I enabled the megamod and fill the mission with new units.
I can upload new MP1 modified mission so you can test it , if you like...

For now, I would only avoid adding any AI controlled submarines and the tug boat...

The reason it is not compatible is because TWOS uses Dynamic Environment v2.9
You cannot have two different environments in the same game.

Not quite...The real reason is because RealEnvironment mod messes up with some essential and completely non-related files to env settings, like submarines sim files ect.

Is the mission time limited in any way? Every time I have played it I have died, now sometimes that was because I was DC'ed but I have also had it finish when I am perfectly OK and sneaking away.
Actually is the mission set to end once a ship has been sunk?
Can I open the mission in the editor? I have tried but cannot see how (its been 4-5 years!)

Its just to compare how long it will take for your torpedoes to get to their target.
If you want to hit more targets which doesn't share their speed or course, you need some time to set your TDC for second fire (You have to fire at first and then set TDC for diferent shot to second).
In such scenario you obviously need some time after first shot.
If you would like to hit them simultaneously (which is pretty reasonable), you have to fire first torpedo at lower speed, than second one..
By this ruler, you can quickly judge how much time you'll have between shots, if you know the distance.
If you look at your torpedo's overview (key "J") and click at some, you'll see how many knots it makes.
By this you can compare the duration before hit on slow/medium/high speed torpedo mode.
I personally like this tool, but used it maybe twice, or trice.. Iam pretty lazy to target more different targets.
And i never attack destroyers, which is another case where it could be usable, it depends on your strategy of attack.
I mostly attack single ship, or in convoy ambush i expect all of the ships shares their course (which turned to be truth every time yet..).
So only one thing which is different sometime is speed of ships in convoy (and you can see that clearly by your periscope).
So if i am attacking convoy, i just measure speed of one, or two ships, which is pretty easy and fire at same torpedo-speed, based on distance, or escape strategy which i chosen.
Then just fire one, change target speed in TDC and fire second.... or fire two and two at different targets settings....
.. I found that its pretty usable to fire at medium speed and have some minutes to escape to the depth, before escorts getting close..
If you mislead your torpedo against convoy, its very likely you'll hit something deeper in convoy, which should be more juicy hit as convoy had always best targets in the middle, so i dont bother myself with big precision in these cases...
Biggest enemies of your tonnage will definitely be dud torpedoes, at my last patrol in late 1939 more, than half of hits was dud..
But it will be getting better and better as you continue by war...

I now have the base game setup, now just need to install the mod...

Twos 1.06 has so much better sound model for damaged ships at hydrophone, i just hit hog Island by one eel and while he sent he's done almost immediately, he still made sound like he's ok. In some 30 minutes, i started to hear sounds of damaging steal from him, sometimes i hear even small explosions...
Looking forward for next minutes.

You can use "Silent Hunter 5\data\Applications\Options Migrater" tool in order to "migrate" stock TheDarkWraithUserOptions.py settings from the main TWoS 1.06 rar archive.
Or you can simple disable all mods with JSGME and replace screwed "1. The Wolves of Steel 1.06" main mod with the same one from main TWoS rar archive...

This will be my new recommended "how to use OFEV" instruction linked in FAQ section, so if you screw up something, changes can be easily reset by disabling/enabling the main mod with your JSGME.

I've checked it already. The wav sounds are really short, resulting in very repetitive bell sounds in game, it sounds almost mechanical...Certainly not what would you expect to here from buoy rocked by sea waves...

You can use "Silent Hunter 5\data\Applications\Options Migrater" tool in order to "migrate" stock TheDarkWraithUserOptions.py settings from the main TWoS 1.06 rar archive.
Or you can simple disable all mods with JSGME and replace screwed "1. The Wolves of Steel 1.06" main mod with the same one from main TWoS rar archive...

Hi, totaly new recruit here!
Tried to install TWOS megamod pack, followed the instruction to the letter and ended up with a slight problem wich is that theres a black box taking up a lot of the screen, and a not-functioning window saying "User Charts" in the middle of the screen that can be moved neither deleted or closed.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Edit: The game is not steam version, updated. And the mod seems to be installed. It seems like overlapping UI. Can't explain the black box top left of the screen though.
I did find some black dds image files in The Wolves of Steel 1.06\data\Menu\gui\usercharts. Could this be the problem for the black box?
Edit2: Managed to fix it, had to reinstall directx9.

Howdy guys new sub sim'er here.
Just downloaded WOS and installed it (bar the navigation mod and German voices) and my SH5 is the up to date 1.2 version.
I'm having a couple issues.
First off it appears as if options for talking to people aren't displaying

Also I just got back to harbour and am unable to dock. I did reload the game 100km out and have tried reloading in the harbour. Also I am at the starting harbour after finishing my first patrol mission if that's any help.

Now that i had a go using this mod, I have to say, one of the best sim experiences ever. Thanks for making the megamod, especially from a newbie, made the installing and modding much less of a hassle. So far my experience in the game has been really great. Hopefully ill get the hang of torpedo firing and real navigation hit me hard in the face, but managed to understand it quite decently.

I have a slight issue, maybe something I have missed during the setup. When I launch the game for the first time after setting up the game, it dumps me in my rack being awoken up and told to see the captain. I do not have any UI and absolutely no bunker to save and reload in. This is not what I witnessed in the youtube videos on how to install this mod.
I completely uninstalled and manually deleted everything, and tried it all again with the same results. I thought I followed the steps to the letter, but so far, this is unplayable as I do not see anything useful, no idea what to do, and cannot save/reload as per the instructions. I am running windows 10 64bit. Any help on what I can do or what I need to read in order to fix this issue?? Thank you in advance!
Edit: I forgot to add a few things that may help troubleshoot my slight issue.
I had to download the uplay launcher, seems to be the only way to get the game to launch.
I am patched to 1.2 using the gu file located here: C:\Ubisoft\Silent Hunter 5\Support\GameUpdater
I am very familiar with computers and how they operate, though not so much with modding except for using them :)
I have been playing SH off and on since SH2
I am not using steam version, I purchased the disc version
I did read though the entire instructions and FAQ a few times to solve this on my own, even used the search feature on the forums, but it resulted in too many or not the correct issue I was looking for (hence this post, I do apologize if this issue has been fixed and I did not find it)
The ONLY mods I am using are the WoS mods (all except for the resolution ones of course)
To better clarify what I do, I have a shortcut icon on my desktop from uplay. I cannot run it in admin mode due to uplay. I get the modded loading screen and the menu screen clearly shows 1.2 in the upper right corner. I select new campaign and after a few minutes I hear the German voices and I 'wake' in my bed. I do not have any UI controls. I have tried (in previous install) to save and reload there, after I speak to the captain, etc to no avail. This install, I have yet to save. I have tried launching the game many times trying to figure it out. If you need any more info, I am pleased the provide it. Any help is greatly appreciated. I would love to play SH5 as I have yet to do so (been playing SH3,4 for many years now) but would love to play with is mod instead of vanilla. Thank you! :)

Post few screenshots of your JSGME and main SH5 install folder.

Remove the Uplay icon.
Go to your SH5.exe run this as an administrator and then pin to the taskbar to start the game.
Alternatively:
Run the KSDCommander application make this also an administrator and pin it to the taskbar to start your game from.

I use the "third way" for transfer campaigns and works with 5 update. I need to try with 5b but I think is the same.
If in W10 works the third way why to test this more complex way? Is there some important reason?

It would appear that the large TWOS community cannot be bothered, or want to try something else that may or may not work after having no luck with MaMa's fixes?

I notice looking back through some of the old fix posts that MaMa recommends launching the game from the game launcher something I have never done in over 4 years.
If you start the game from the Game Launcher .exe does this affect the KSDCommander application if you have installed it?

Isn't that a good thing? :D Being a noob aswell, i think some new players / downloaders is always good.
I was watching some videos of people playing with Open Horizons and I noticed that the Luftwaffe was bombing Danzig Harbor in the opening days of the war. Im concerned because I never saw anything like that when I was in the bay and I was there for quite some time. Is this normal or might my Open Horizons be corrupt?

This evening I uninstalled and stated all over again for a third time. The only thing I did not do is redownload the files due to my crap-tastic internet connection (Living in the country has its benefits, but 'high-speed' satellite internet is not one of them :wah: )
I believe I have the latest update, 1.06_update 03b?
I also installed DirectX off the disc, as it did not automagically do it when I installed originally.
After I did all this, again, I launched the game, running SH5 as admin. I believe it launches uplay to start the game. Anywho, it launched and I noticed right before showing me the menu screen it said something about syncing with the server. Could this be overwriting some files? I start a new campaign and the same thing happens, I wake up in my bed and told to see the Captain. :/\\!!
At this point, I am open to just about anything, including re-imaging my machine! :yep:

At first of the game, a message always pop up "wait, synchronizing saved games"
I play thru uplay with and without check the game conection and always pop up after a short time then pop up a new ok message, click it and that's all
Before reinstall, do you delate the sh5 document folder?
Are you sure that your TDW generic patcher was sucessfully activated and that your folder path in the GenericPatcher.cfg is right?
Vecko, may be only very few people have problems with transfer campaign dates, as you say, remenber stay in water before the date of transfer
And some of us, only can play a few hours over the weekend and this test it's a little "cumbersome"
Viper1 what you are seeing is the game introduction. It plays once then goes into the campaign. I saw it the first time I started a new campaign. Use the w,a,s,d keys to walk around the sub. The latest update is 05b.

Everithing looks OK on your screen shots, no need for win reinstall, of course...:)
Just download latest update and start new campaign. The problem is that you were using new updated install instructions with older update...:yep:

Oh boy.... Do I feel stupid. I haven't tried it yet (at work atm) but I will when I get home. I didn't realize there was an update. Sorry for the trouble, I am sure that is the issue.

No, I don't think so...
Installation of TWOS is very easy, i have it In few minutes everytime.
You guys just need to be more patient at first tries and read the docs step by step carefully ;)
