Pay-per-minute cafe opens

I like this idea, must have a look at the food menu if I ever come across such an establishment because I could eat an awful lot of food in an hour :)

Walk past many cafes during the daytime and you'll see people sitting inside, nursing a coffee as they work away at their laptops. If you're spending all day buying one expensive coffee after another, though, the costs can really add up.

But for those who work outside of the traditional office environment, there is a potential new alternative - pay-per-minute cafes.

Ziferblat is a concept that has already proved popular in Russia - and now the chain has opened its first cafe in London's Old Street.

The founders say that "everything is free, except the time you spend there". Customers pay 3p per minute - or £1.80 an hour - for unlimited food, coffee and access to wi-fi. You can even bring your own food or drink.

3 pence per minute, that's about 1300 pounds a month. Regarding London's prices it might be cheaper living in the cafe than renting an apartment :hmmm: - and the food and beverages are already included.

I would hate to have to clean the undersides of the table in any internet cafe, considering the lonely black rimmed glasses wearing hipsters that frequent such places. Typically lonely, or melancholy to the point of coolness.

I came up with a slogan.

The more you pay, the more you spray. 5 dollar coffee, no fiddling all day.

Pay me some cash, I won't tell anyone you are looking at Hentai.:D
