Chatham is submarine central these days, you've got the WWI uboats (visible on Google Earth if you know where to look), then there's the Foxtrot SSK further up the river which is getting perilously close to sinking, and then, in somewhat better condition, there's HMS Ocelot.

I have been in the ssk when it was moored on the thames many years ago, I have been to Hoo a few times looking at some of the barge and bawley hulks but have never seen the uboat I even looked on google earth yesterday but couldn't find it, where abouts is it?
Edit: I have had a look at your link and know where to look now.

Best bet is to use the Google Earth time function to go back to when the Medway is at low tide. :yep:
