Can anyone assist? I am locked out of my hotmail account and the option to send a code to my other addy is no good because I'm locked out of that too. This seems a very foolish system as both my locked email accounts send codes to each other which is no help. I have sent applications to customer support and asked for the responses to go to a new addy I created. It seems silly that there is no other way to get in. Is there any other way anyone knows of?

When that happened to me I went to google mail and I haven't looked back.
Or you could set up an incredimail account.

I've never used Hotmail. Or Google. Or Yahoo, or any of the other biggies. I use a small service connected to a small homepage that does me just fine.

Only a change of name and layout...business carries on more or less as usual:

Now, all Hotmail accounts have been automatically transferred to Outlook.com. (Microsoft owns and publishes moneyNOW, an MSN Money site.)

People can still use their existing Hotmail.com addresses, or they can choose to get an Outlook.com address. Users don't need to update apps or sign-ins that are associated with the Hotmail.com account.
