Mission Editor question

We all know that in sh4 v1.5 you can call in air support (recon planes) from for example singapore but when in mission editor can you place these icons and call in planes? I know that you are able to place a harbour and rename it.

i'm not sure if you can but i might have a idea. If you talk to your radio man during the mission and maybe he might be able to call them in.
