SOAN missing

Has anyone had issues where the SOAN handbuch doesn't appear when pressing "E" or the Chart Toggle button in the top right corner? I'm playing the campaign for the first time and I'm right in the thick with a couple destroyers escorting a group of merchants. Went to plot my TDC solution and I can't find the identification book to get the mast height and all that jazz. Maybe it's hidden behind a button or something? I don't even see the little tab sticking out of the side of the screen anywhere.

Any help appreciated!

EDIT: Strike my last, I reinstalled the mods and it is working again.
