Believe it to be British - perhaps Astute class?

I can't clearly see the front dive planes, but i would also say it's an Astute class sub. A bit deep in the water, regarding the rear fin.

LOL...certainly looks like an Astute Class, either HMS Astute or HMS Ambush.
