View Full Version : What should I do to get JSGME to enable NYGM mods to SH 3?

Hi

I got GWX and Living Silent Hunter 5.1 running with no problem with Silent Hunter 3. I have always installed a clean version of SH 3 with all the necessary twicks (patches, no-DVD fix…etc…) before installing any supermod.

But now when I want to get a go with the NYGM the mod enabler JSGME kind of installs the modifications (you can see the installation process until it finishes) but after starting the game none of them gets applied to SH 3, it is till the same unchanged game. Also JSGME doesn’t react to which modes are not compatible with each other; it’s like a dead fish. This is not how JSGME behaves when trying install different mods from GWX or LSH, JSGME reacts when something is about to get overwritten. From my observation when installing GWX or LSH 5.1 JSGME automatically gets installed to SH 3 and that makes it work just fine. But when trying to install JSGME separately on my own to SH 3 and applying NYGM mods it just doesn’t work.

What should I do to get JSGME to enable NYGM mods to SH 3?

It’s all working now!

What I had to do was to download a new fresh copy of NYGM 3 Super-mod one more time and reinstall it. I might have removed something earlier from the super-mod.
