Some pretty big news from the PRC here, a relaxation of the one child policy and the end to 're-education through labour camps'. Ballsy move by Xi Jinping, but it will please the western world and the internal reformists, and since the hard-line communists were recently given a bloody nose via Bo Xilai then now is probably the best time to do it.

Good point, should have really rolled it into that, that was more economic though, but still the same conference. :hmmm:
