SH3 Commander

I know the answer to this is somewhere in the forum, but darned if I can find it. My old PC gave up the ghost. I have a new one and re-downloaded SH III and GWX Gold. Unfortunately, I forgot how to download and install SH3 Commander.:/\\!!

Can anone help me?

Preferably do not install the game, or SH3 Commander, in the default location in the Program Files folder if you have Windows Vista, 7, or 8. User Account Control makes modding and SH3 trying to do it's business a pain by prompting for permission.

Create a new folder for it like something like c:\games\SH3, and C:\games\SH3_Commander
