The German voice of Marge died a couple of years ago. Since then, it is just not the same anymore. Usually I watch series in their original language, Simpsons are the onlky exception cause the voices fit much better I think.

I remember her from back in the original "Bob Newhart" series days; she was always a delight to watch as she played Carol the receptionist. RIP, Marcia, and thanks for bringing laughter to our world...

She was beloved by all at 'The Simpsons,' and we intend to retire her irreplaceable character.” Jean added that Mrs. Krabappel would be retired (http://tv.yahoo.com/news/edna-krabappel-retired-marcia-wallace-death-simpsons-producer-165653275.html) on the animated comedy, now that Wallace has passed.

I'll always remember her more as Carol on the Bob Newhart Show as his receptionist.

She was always very funny on that show.
