Here is one I have used in the past. It adds random chance that the torpedo will deal critical damage with one hit. You can (but will not always) sink almost anything but big warships with one eel.

But also, I think TDW's FX update (which is on pretty much every mod list out there) added fire which spreads through the ship. Can anyone confirm or deny this for us?
