Hi,

When making a donation, am I right in thinking that it is a one off payment that gives you that length of membership at that level; it isn't a repeated payment each month?

Thanks,

Chief WH

What level you choose lasts either 6 months, one year, or two years and is a one off payment.

Hi Chief, it's not a subscription. You just pay once.

There's no repeated payment, just voluntary donations for perks and a good feel for supporting the most awesome forum on the internet.
Plus the 2014 calendar fridge magnet is a gem :D

No one will look down upon you if you don't donate.
I'm on the forum since 2009 and 2012 was the first time I donated anything.

Correct. And at the end of the term, the system will ask you if you wish to renew, you can choose to continue to support Subsim or decline. :salute:

Don't let these wankers lie to you chief. They'll be milking your account down at the local watering hole as often as they can.:03::haha:

Bartender: Hey Jim, what'll you have?"
Jimbuna: "Three beers"
Bartender: "Three bears beers?"
Jimbuna: " Might as well, one will be too warm. One will be too cold and I'll drink the one that's just right... after the other two of course."

Bartender: And here's a HAMM'S (famous bear dancing on bartop commercial) from Aktungbby's personal stock! JIMBUNA: "Make that a sixpack to go but put it in a brown bag for appearances, I have my standards!":Kaleun_Cheers:

I can assure you he has no such standard. With Jim it simply evaporates in the glass. :D

I can assure you he has no such standard.

Let's see.
Jim 'borrowed' a Limo,
hung out with a bunch of people he never met,
in a city he'd never been to before,
slept in the same room with those people,
and trusted his life to a crazy man driveing.
:hmmm:
Nope. He has no standards.
:D

I sometimes wonder what that limo driver tells people about the crazy Brit that had him spin his car round on the freeway :)
