Not realistic but figured it be fun and since narwhals have the firepower of some light cruisers, when in rome type thing.

Off Guadalcanal on night of November 12/13 1942, find myself scouting for the US Task Force, japanese force comes into view, knowing other ships would open fire soon, turned my broadsides to the Japanese fleet, target a heavy cruiser with the deck guns and open fire, soon US ships open fire.My guns scored 8 direct hits in a row on the the heavy cruiser, setting it on fire, followed up with more hits, leaving it listing. US ships opened fire, then the Japanese battleships opened fire, saw the blasts in the night of their main guns, which scored a direct hit on the cruiser about 600 yards away, which erupted in a massive explosions(mustve hit the magazine) and split in two.I turned and fired a spread of torpedoes at the Battle ship 6,000 yards away, then resumed using the deck guns on cruiser, no hits were being scored on me since it was dark and sub has low profile. Two torpedoes exploded prematurely, two others hit the BB!

Continued working on the cruiser from 4,500 yards, had it listing and on fire, when suddenly, on came a spotlight, from the US ships, illuminating the Japanese ships, but me as well, a suddenly a japanese destroyer was shining his spotlight on me and firing his guns, my gun crew responded, then it was becoming too hot, ordered a crash dive when three solid hits slammed into the hull, damage went 50, flooding in control room, forward torpedo and after battery, we were sinking.

Managed to gain control at 125 feet, as DD roared in dropping charges. Battle raged on, cruisers managed to sink the CA and BB I scored hits on, surfaced the next morning, a lot of ships dead in water, headed for pearl harbor with major damage.

Was a lot of fun until the spotlights from friendly ships gave me away lol
