Was the Hollywood part2Mod=Real Damage Mod1.3+DCfix the latest work before Supermods?

Looking over older mods before super mods, curious if the Hollywood part2Mod = Real Damage Mod For 1.3 and new dc/sonar fix is the latest version made before work was added to SuperMods. Was there a Real Damage Mod 1.4?

I noticed it says part 2 does it need a part 1?

Any info about the mod appreciated.
