I am in the basic training: Submarine Operation.

Looked in the manuals, I can't find a way to erase a plotted course.

Anyone can help?

Select a unit/group, press F3 to plot new course, and F3 again to stop plotting.

To remove a plotted course, press F3 twice.

You have to first select the waypoint by clicking on it (the waypoint will turn thick yellow), then press "Delete". The waypoint should be deleted.

Did you compile your brand-new first Command buglist? If so, give me a link please! I'd like to compare it with Harpoon 3 Ultimate buglist to know which one has more bugs and decide about purchasing Command or not. :)
