Serious game bug

I was playing SH IV a bit ago and I noticed that both deck gun positions on my crew management screen have lost ALL their crew slots, any idea why?

I have noticed one bug when I upgraded my boat from a single deck gun to twin deck guns. Not certain if there is a solution to that.

Not using any mods atm, the icons on the "Deck gun" bar where you place crewmen to "man" it simply disappeared
