It seems like i cant my mods running, would it be because of game is started with SH3 Commander? JSGME shows all mods installed correctly in Mods folder in SH3 main catalogue.
Any suggestions about what can be the problem? I am sure I had this working correctly, this way, back when I used to play this game...
Edit: Mods work great when starting game normally without Commander, but how do i get them started along with Commander?

If you have the mods installed properly and they work as the should without Commander, then Commander itself shouldn't make any difference.
The one thing I can think of to start is that you don't have 'Auto Rollback' set in Commander's functions. From the User Guide:
"In order to avoid any potential file integrity problems, it is imperative that you
ALWAYS perform a rollback BEFORE:
· enabling or disabling any mods, either via JSGME or manually;
· uninstalling or reinstalling Silent Hunter III;
· uninstalling SH3 Commander."
One of the funtions in the General Settings part of Commander is "Rollback automatically after exiting SH3." You should always have this box checked unless you are creating mods for SH3. If you don't have the box checked then mods you have activated in SH3 might be shut off when Commander boots up.
Try that as the first step. If it doesn't work then we'll look at the next possibility.

Well strangely after erasing JSGME and uninstalling SH3C and back again, it actually works. Been doing the rollback several times manually and adding back the mods after rolling back, back and forth several times with no luck. But after clean installation again it seems to work :-)
So what can I say, Yarr and thanks for your help mate!
Edit: I also now made all installation on same drive with Commander in its own folder like E:\SH3 Commander and JSGME in SH3 Folder (that I had earlier also). Perhaps it was the rollback history. Im sure its the rollback I somehow didnt do properly, but I had some mods installed that is only for GWX and i wonder if something about that messed it up a bit.
