I think I will pass on this DLC to be honest.I really want to see them focus on some different time periods on the Eastern Front especially 43 into mid 44 and over looked time period it should seem for Eastern Front based games.
I already own the base game and all of the previous Eastern Front DLC as well as Operation Hooper which is pretty well done that one being a port of sorts from the failed Steel Armor: Blaze of War.For example the liberating of the Crimea would interesting.Kursk is not needed honestly that one has been done to death as it is so hopefully if they do expand into later war years they will skip Kursk.
One of my favorite games is Men of War:Red Tide where you play as the Naval Infantry(Marines) it covered all of the fighting over the Crimea it was just interesting.
Not to say in anyway that Graviteam are doing a bad job I just hope that they broaden the focus away from The entire Battle of Kharkov.
Well, you are missing very tremendous fights in the battle for Voronezh. :rotfl2:
Mechanized infantry, lots of tanks, heavy artillery and air support.

Laugh it up fuzzball..:D(Empire Strikes Back reference).
Honestly I am rather pleased with what I already have plenty of good stuff from Gravi anyway and they seem to have a good supporter base so I do not feel the need to buy this particular DLC not at this time anyway.
My favorite in many ways is the DLC that added the scenarios with the Czech brigade that one is very intense.
Like I said lets see something outside the current 1942~early 43 time span. They have the potential with this game engine to cover the entire Eastern Front War.
Fine then, 1942 is a taboo. :D Just in case you somehow missed them, there are also a couple of other modern DLCs: Shield of Prophet and Zhalanashkol. Prophet is made on a small fictional premise, Iran vs. Soviets, big tank battles in plain desert. Zhalanashkol is about Soviet-Chinese border conflict in 1969, small scale (they are border guards after all), but I like it much.

I have Zhalanashkol as well I forgot that one not really interested in the "Prophet" one.
It is not that 1942 is taboo I already have lots of 1942 based scenarios.

Just to check (since titles are confusing me :dead:) - are Graviteam Tactics the same as Achtung Panzer releases? i.e. APOS = GTOS, or is there differences?
Yes, APOS = GTOS. The Achtung Panzer title was withdrawn from Graviteam due to some copyright issues.
Thanks, I thought so!
Unfortunate since I liked that title!
I've owned it plus a few expansions for some while, but haven't played it much since last time I tried, it didn't run well on my PC (probably a driver issue).
But considering how much I loved the first AP game when it came out, I'll have to give it a try again
