Time compression help

Somehow I have lost my time compression buttons on the top right of my screen. Does anyone know if there is a hotkey or something that I can use to get it back. I have everything below the little circle on the right but have lost everything else to the left of it.

Well now I feel dumb, I had forgotten I was running the tutorial and it doesn't show up until later. Ah well live and learn
