Back for another round

Now that I have a new and improved machine I started back with SH3. I managed 1 download and since then have not been able to download again. I have been a member for a while, altho I have not posted except a couple days ago. But I'm still no-joy at being able to download. Can somebody direct me to the proper person to address this problem?
