It's NewUIs stock manual, but edited for svatiska on it.
Easy to do yourself: go to NewUIs/data/menu/gui/soan/recognitionmanual and open this dds with photoshop or other photo application...create new layer, copy paste on both manual cover whatever svatiska you want or find on the web, adjust svatiska size to fit exact place you want, flatten image, check alpha layer box, save on your desktop, and create new folder with same path as above...put it in JSGME, and activate after NewUIs :up:
