Silent Hunter 5 Rudder Controls

So its been a real pain going in and out of the port in Bremen... Are there any controls for the rudder degrees? I can only put it 1 degrees to Port or Starboard. I accidentally put it to 5 degrees once while i was trying to find the periscope controls (found them anyway) but i cant seem to find a way to do it now.. Any help is apprecieted

arrow keys left and right are 5 degree turns; shift and arrow key is hard turn in direction of arrow key. hit F1 to view key board and shift f1 to get additional keyboard controls.:arrgh!:
