Can't load patrol at sea, Win 7 64bit?

Well as the title sad... I followed this thread about installing SH3 on Win 7 platform

and a few more threads about installing SH3 Commander... but the same thing happens with or without SH3 Commander... list of modes is:

GWX Enhanced damage effects
GWX Late war sensors and antennas
GWX Lite harbor traffic
German images MaguiF
MaguiF
SH 5 Water for GWX 3.0 20 Km Atlantic campaign (default)
Start at sea_ V 1.0
The Dark Wraith DC Water Disturbance V4.0 SH3

In the first attempt of installation there was also Merchant_Fleet_Mod_3.2 with it's skins... but I turned it off because I was thinking it is it's fault for not loading up...
The weird thing is that I CAN load patrol as long as the war didn't start, or as long as I don't sink anybody... after that no way Hose...
Is the error in "program group files" because those files are still on C: drive, while the installation is on root drive E: ...? Resolution fix files? But if that's the case SH3 wouldn't load at all?
Please guys I'm getting desperate...

Try removing the above mod, it has caused problems in many peoples setups, (look here as an eg. http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?p=1824841&highlight=DC+Water+Disturbance+mod#post1824841 )

This sounds like something I have been struggling with (and recently fixed - maybe!) Check this thread for a gang of suggestions: http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?p=2091462#post2091462

1) Do you have the 4GB fix installed. If not, that may fix everything.

2) TDW is a giant among men. What he has done for Sh5 is beyond belief. But I too seemed to have problems with his "The Dark Wraith DC Water Disturbance V4.0 SH3". I used the Commander by-date version and removing it seemed to help.

3) Not a fix for CTDs, but "SH 5 Water for GWX 3.0 20 Km " needs a mod for a 20 km horizon, or AFAIK you will still only get the stock 8 km. I use "GWX - 20km Atmosphere (Unofficial Mod)". There are others, I think. Or use "SH 5 Water for GWX 3.0 16 Km" with "GWX - 16 km Atmosphere". You should install the atmosphere mod first.

IAC, I'd suggest a complete uninstall, remove all files, clean the registry, and reinstall to a folder on the root directory, such as C:\SH3. Don't forget to remove the savegame files from C:\User.
