New World Order. I'm sure Germany wasn't the only one that's collaborated with the US.

Again, why are you people surprised? :-?

I saw this coming! Heck, the NSA has the Echelon Satellite system that picks up all electronic communications. If they bother to do that....somebody is listening!

I bet a lot of countries are doing similar things. :hmmm:

Don't scare the man, we might give him a heart attack!

I always wondered what the Stasi had on its files about skybird (east German troublemaker, or west German agitator)

I am neither surprised nor shocked. Didn't I say repeatedly that the german government knows about all this, and that foreign intel services of thew Allies are given special rights in Germany due to post WWII laws? Prism and Tempora in the end are just the next stage of programs like Echelon which have overheard telephone communication in all Europe, North Africa and far into the Warsaw Pact already during the cold war. Echelon was said to automatically record almost all telephone communication, radio communication, and probably communication that went via satellites. Internet was not a focus back then, obviously.

And yes, the BND strongly cooperates with the NSA.

We celebrate the holy mass of elections again over here in 2 months, thats why they make a big show of these "revelations".

For all communication people consider to be sensitive or risky for the sender or receiver, I can only recommend: stay away from electronic stuff, completely. Even if you encrypt your mails, you draw attention to yourself because most email traffic today is not encrypted. And if you think it cannot be decrypted if only you pout some effort and technical power behind it, then you better think again. Using the anonymity of public spaces and cryptic language also doe snot fully protect you, since it gets recorded nevertheless and their filters will sort it out and at least tell them that at least something is going on. All automatically, by AI algorithms, pattern recognition and other software. If you think that human personnel and the limited numbers of staff are a factor, you again better think twice.

What is recorded gets stored, forever, and even if it is not used against you today, you do not know what laws the futures brings. The treasure chest of recporded data is there. One day I might be used against you. By tax authorities. By lawyers or the press. Insurers. Police. Employers. They all have appetite for these data. They all have lobbyists working for them. And the politicians remain to stay as corrupt and powerhungry as ever.

Its like the female actress who is successful in films in her 40s, and then has her image haunted by that early teenage sin movie she shot for a porn company when she was young and unknown and needed the money. That sin never was forgotten, but only slept. Today's data society never forgets nothing.

I read something the other day that I thought was interesting. Thirty years ago you took a picture of your family, maybe friends at a party or something a little racy. Chances are it ended up in a shoe box at the back of a closet. Today the same picture is posted on the web within minutes. New age, new rules.

If big brother had a nationality, he would be German.

After all they run the Euro Cartel. Have sway over soveriegn nations. (ask the PIIGS)

China is a Strawman, a mere distraction, Germany owns the EU.

The Euro currency, doing to Europe with bankers what Hitler couldn't do with Type VIIs and Tiger tanks.

Congrats! You found a new angle for world conquest, this is the 4th time you guys did this. (Destroyed Rome, WW1, WW2, now the great banking takeover.

The last one is genius, no one ever prosecutes or even messes with a banker, the key to the world is yours.

It would be impossible for people to do anything more than the computer can do ... All humans can do is read what the computer has flagged ...

They'd put themselves out of a job getting rid of those evil people. Much better to use skynet against patriots who pose a danger to "their" way of life. :hmmm: People like Snowden.

Primtive anti-German propaganda. Beware the stupid German not wanting to pay and being owed by all his creditors, beware the german not willing to pay fopr all others anymore and over that even destroy the basis of his own life - then the uzgly, mean German bursts thgrough the chest again and you have this monster on display again that is so very very eager to conquer all others and own them all!

American policy of devaluing money (like the ECB does too, at the expense of Germany) and printing it endlessly works so much better. :haha: And at the costs of Germans, whom, as we all know, excel in only one thing: acting stupid and to their own disadvantage, and after some grumbling always falling back and giving up and twisting and bending their spine.

Obviously you know nothing about how the ECB has pushed Germany already into a corner and why after the elections, by pure magic I assume, the germans will start to give ground to EU demands - ONCE AGAIN.

For that, we stupid Germans still are good enough. And if we hesitate to fulfill that role, if we grumble for havign to pay for other people's parties, then there still is people like you reminding us of what our expected duty is: to pay and to pay more and to just shut up, and to finance the irresponsible others, and to help destroy the last remains of economical cost-effect calculations which are the indispensable basis of any reasonable trading scheme, and in the end to ruin ourselves just so that the others must not change their own ruinous ways and the snowball system of internaitonal banking can maintain the illusions for just some time longer - and save you your dividends from your personal investments. Milk and honey shall rain from the sky thanks for the Germans (and some other Northeuropeans, btw) who shall pay for it, endlessly.

P.S. The debt level in the EU zone has grown by another 4 points to a multinational avergae of 92% of the national BIP now. The benefitting states of past bailout packages and haircuts, namels Greece, are even less careless in accumulating new debts they cannot pay bacl. Greece debt level now (160%)is back to almost the same level (170%) like it was before the last haircut. Of course, now they want another one. The scheme how to endlessly call for more and more and more already has been established and proven.

Eimer ohne Böden. Call in the stupid ugly powerhungry Germans! They do everything stupid if you nag them just long enough.
