Interesting one of those interviewed in the docu is Captain Ken Ruiz, I read his book "The Luck of the Draw" a while back, great read.Ruiz, a green Ensign survived the Battle of Savo Island after his cruiser USS Vincennes was sunk.Plucked from the water and sent to Pearl Harbor, he volunteered for submarine service and ended up aboard the USS Pollack in 1943.Outdated, he managed to survive some wild times in the old Pollack.Great read, highly suggest you guys check it out.

...ended up aboard the USS Pollack in 1943.Outdated, he managed to survive some wild times in the old Pollack.Great read, highly suggest you guys check it out.
