I understand that the iPad is superior to the Galaxy Note regarding music apps. Google so fra has not taken care for reducing the probvlem haunting most applications: too great latencies. Tehcniclaly, it has been demonstrated to reduce them from a mean 170 msec to below 20 msec. As a result, quality and diversity of such apps for Android is inferior to the iPad. There are rare exceptions, however. The guitar app "Solo" is fantastic, for example.
