I do not believe in ghosts, there are some natural explanations to this, they just need to find it. I personally think that some one is making a joke

It seems to rotate while the lights are on. To me it suggests it is a vibration induced rotation, nothing more.
Try leaving your vibrating cell phone on an uneven surface and observe it as it vibrates. Too close to the edge and it may even fall off.

The same shelves? The same electrical equipment?
The vibration may even be created outside the building, say, by construction work in the neighbourhood. A big rig generator or an hydraulic hammer come to mind.
It may even have been influenced by unnoticed tectonic shift, slightly tilting the floor, and leaving objects more vulnerable to parasite vibrations.
My next door neighbour totally rebuilt his house a few years ago. He has a nice looking and well built wooden gate in his property wall. A couple of years ago that gate started to jam against the opposing pillar. He was baffled as to why. I remembered him that 6 months earlier we had a noticeable earthquake felt at 01.00 am in the region. Tectonic plates shifted. The structure I'd built to shelter my dog, nicely snug between walls, has been jammed and bent since.

The Sun...say no more :)
That could very well be some of the explanation to it.

Some gods go. Some just sit and spin.:woot:
It reminds me of the roving rocks on Racetrack Playa in the Mojave desert.
"You spin me right round, baby
right round like a record, baby
Right round round round!" :O:
